Getting Ready for Your House Wash

We’re looking forward to giving your home a good refresh. To help the day run smoothly, here’s what you need to know before our team arrives.

Before We Arrive

To get the best results — and to protect your property — here are a few things you can do ahead of time:

  • Close all windows and doors tightly – This helps prevent any water sneaking inside.

  • Move items away from the house – Outdoor furniture, BBQs, pot plants, and anything you don’t want to get wet should be moved at least a metre away from the exterior walls.

  • Turn off exterior lights – Especially sensor lights or delicate fittings that could be affected by water or cleaning solution.

  • Keep pets inside or secured – Our cleaning products are eco-friendly and low in strength, but it’s best to keep pets safely out of the way while we’re working.

  • Let us know about any problem areas – Flaky paint, loose fixings, sensitive surfaces — anything you think we should know before we get started.

What to Expect on the Day

  • When we’re on our way, we’ll send you a quick message with an ETA so you’re not left guessing. You don’t need to be home during the clean, but you’re welcome to be — whatever works best for you.

  • Our team will walk around the property before getting started to check everything’s good to go. If anything’s not safe or accessible, we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps.

After the Wash

  • Once we’re finished, we’ll send through before-and-after photos so you can see the difference. If you’re home, we’re happy to walk you through the results in person. If anything’s not quite right, just let us know — we’ll make it right.

Payment

  • We’ll email you an invoice once the job’s done. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (fees apply). We kindly ask that payment is made within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
